MacWillis Community Properties is a property management company specializing in rental properties. We offer online rent payment through our tenant portal and 24/7 maintenance request. Since opening in 2018, we have become masters of our craft. Our commitment to quality products, exceptional services and incomparable customer care keeps our tenants coming back again and again. We never stop improving, and are continuing to expand our offerings based on how we can best serve our community.

When it comes to all of our services, you can count on us to take care of your requests. We strive to address maintenance concerns of all types; however, requests are prioritized based on the level of urgency. Urgent requests will be addressed within 72 hours of submission and non-urgent requests within 5-7 business days. The following are examples of urgent requests: Major active leaks within the home, fire risk, gas leaks, septic/sewage backup, no hot/running water, HVAC malfunction (outside temperature below 45 or above 90 degrees), roof leaks (major), structural damage (safety).
Opening hours
We're open Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am - 5pm, and on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm.
